Product introduction:
The sintered felt of stainless steel fiber is made of extremely fine stainless steel fiber (accurate to micron in diameter) through non-woven shop, laminated and sintered at high temperature.The finished felt is formed by the pore gradient of different pore size layers, which can be controlled to obtain the extremely high filtration accuracy and larger pollution absorption. It has the characteristics of three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area and uniform pore size distribution, and can continuously maintain the filtration function of the filter surface.Due to the above structure and features, made of stainless steel sintering felt can effectively compensate for metal netease plugging, delicate weakness, to be able to make up for the powder filter product is fragile, small flow rate is insufficient, has the common filter paper, filter cloth can’t match the characteristics of heat resistance, compression, and sintered stainless steel fiber felt is ideal for high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high precision of filter materials.
